These rates are for all new tenancies, but for existing tenancies the rate change takes effect on 3rd May 2019.

Not included in the rates shown above are:-
Council Tax – At present this is Band A for all properties.
Concessionary TV Licence – £7.50 per year if aged over 60 and working no more than 15 hours per week. Free if 75 years of age or over.
Electricity – An individual meter is provided in each flat so cost is based upon your own usage.
Mobility Scooter – If charged on the Landlord supply the cost is £12.00 per year.
